This website is published by Synlian Data@Source (“Synlian”, “we”). It exists to describe the SQF platform and to let you contact us. We have designed it to collect as little about you as possible.

What this site collects

The site is served as static pages. It sets no advertising or analytics cookies, runs no third-party trackers, and contains no embedded social widgets. We do not profile visitors, and we do not sell or share visitor data with anyone.

Our hosting infrastructure (a content delivery network) keeps standard server logs — IP address, requested page, browser type and time of request — for security and capacity purposes. These logs are retained for a limited period and are not used to identify individuals.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you choose to write. We use that information only to respond to you and to conduct the conversation you started. We do not add you to mailing lists, and we do not pass your details to third parties.

The SQF platform

The SQF platform itself is a separate, access-controlled system operated under contract with each funder, with its own data-protection commitments. Nothing from any customer deployment is used on, or connected to, this website.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you (for most visitors: none beyond any correspondence), and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to us via the contact page and we will respond promptly.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and its date. We will not weaken the commitments above without saying so plainly.
